Under this program a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident can sponsor their Spouse, Conjugal Partner or any dependent of the Sponsor or the person being Sponsored who is under the age of 22, to move to Canada and obtain Permanent Resident status.

A Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident can sponsor a family member who does not have immediate family in Canada who are a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident. As well, parents and grandparents are deceased and only has siblings or other type of family who do not qualify for any other type of sponsorship program.
